And so, today's the last day of June, aka the Sunday during the Canada Day long weekend, and that means we've got another pair of knockout matches from UEFA Euro 2024 today, starting with England vs. Slovakia at 12pm ET/9am PT, followed by Spain vs. newcomers Georgia at 3pm ET/12pm PT, both of those matches can be seen on TSN and CTV, while sticking with soccer, the final days of group play at the 2024 Copa America continue with Mexico vs. Ecuador at 8pm ET/5pm PT on TSN4/5, while Jamaica vs. Venezuela happens at the same time exclusively on TSN+!

After 1 year and over 125 editions, I decided to stop publishing the weekly top program list. The reason why? Because the TV listings section on the Gracenote website was apparently shut down last Wednesday. I usually use the Gracenote site for the upcoming programs airing on linear TV the following week, but unfortunately, the website was shut down like I said, last Wednesday, following the main source Zap2it took their listings offline in favour of the schedule page of the American pay-TV network NewsNation. Explaining the Big Canadian Specialty Channel Shuffle of 2024-25

With less than 2 weeks until the calendar flips to 2025, there's some big changes to the Canadian specialty channel landscape, and that's because Rogers Sports & Media announced a licensing agreement with Warner Bros. Discovery's factual brands back in June, but some providers won't get the new Rogers channels that have WBD programs, including Bell, and a result, Corus Entertainment and Bell Media announced that some channels that had WBD programs will change names between the end of 2024 and the start of 2025! Here's a breakdown of the changes of these specialty channels that are impacted, by company: Bell Media Discovery Channel becomes USA Network, Investigation Discovery becomes Oxygen, Discovery Science becomes CTV Nature, Discovery Velocity becomes CTV Speed, and Animal Planet becomes CTV Wild, all of which will happen on January 1, 2025.
